Biography
After graduating from law school, Gamu worked as an Associate Attorney for a local San Antonio firm where she was able to gain a lot of experience representing clients in a wide array of family law matters, including but not limited to:

Gamu treats each case with personalized care. Gamu strives to provide her clients with competent, compassionate, and knowledgeable legal representation. Gamu places a premium on attorney-client communication and is easily accessible to clients.
Gamu understands the importance of maintaining healthy co-parenting relationships after litigation, so she places an emphasis on treating the opposing side with dignity and respect. Gamu has dedicated her career to preserving the integrity of the family as they navigate through one of the most challenging times of their lives. However, Gamu also acknowledges the complexities of family law cases, – so she is ready to litigate a case and battle it out in court if necessary. Ultimately, Gamu’s goal is to represent her clients – and especially their children’s best interests and help them navigate the process.
After graduating from high school Gamu moved to Oklahoma and attended college at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) where she received her bachelor’s degree. Gamu then moved to San Antonio, Texas to attend law school. Gamu received her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2018. That same year, she was admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
During law school, Gamu was a staff writer on The Scholar – St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice and was actively involved in various student organizations. During law school, Gamu worked with the St. Mary’s Civil Justice Clinic to provide pro bono legal services to low-income clients. As a student attorney, Gamu also represented clients in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. Gamu volunteered for the San Antonio Bar Association’s Community Justice Program’s Family Law Clinic, Wills Clinic, and the Veteran’s Clinic.
