Biography
Katharine is a newly licensed attorney from Tyler, Texas who is eager to serve clients in the San Antonio area. Katharine is a passionate and dedicated legal advocate who is focused on achieving the best outcomes possible for her clients. Her background is largely in criminal defense, and Katharine is eager to apply the advocacy skills she has developed from criminal defense to give her clients dedicated, compassionate, and zealous representation.
Katharine is focused on understanding her client’s unique situations and needs, ensuring that she takes the time to get to know each client, their needs, and their goals to individually tailor her representation of each client.
Through her undergraduate leadership experience and years in sales, Katharine has learned how to effectively negotiate, persuade, and collaborate to reach a desired goal. She brings these same skills to the courtroom, applying them to both settlement negotiations and litigation.
Katharine understands that more often than not, her clients are going through an incredibly emotional and difficult time in their lives. She aims to ease the worries of her clients by providing compassionate, dedicated, and zealous advocacy to achieve the best possible outcome.

Katharine focuses on approaching every client and case with care, compassion, and support to identify and achieve the individual goals of a client rather than having a one-size-fits-all approach. Katharine understands that being a zealous advocate doesn’t always require a legal battle, and that there are opportunities where client goals and client-focused solutions can be achieved through negotiation, collaboration, and compromise.
Katharine attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where she majored in Human Communications and minored in Sociology. While at Trinity, Katharine held multiple leadership positions including co-vice president of the Zeta Chi sorority.
Katharine went on to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, TX where she earned her Juris Doctor in May 2023. While in law school, Katharine was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court and represented clients in her school’s Criminal Justice Clinic.
