Biography
Nicole is a devoted and empathetic lawyer specializing in family law. She was born and raised in the suburbs of Fairfield, CA. Before pursuing her law degree, Nicole gained diverse legal experience, ranging from corporate immigration to estate planning. However, she ultimately found her calling in family law.
Nicole has always been passionate about assisting individuals in navigating emotionally charged situations. Motivated by her desire to help families in navigate significant life changes, she chose to pursue a career as a family law lawyer. Her goal is to offer the guidance and support needed for families to overcome challenging times.
Nicole’s strategy is to combine legal expertise with empathy and effective communication to advocate for the best interests of her clients. Nicole seeks to understand the unique needs of her client by fostering open and honest communication to build trust. Her objective is to amicably resolve issues, utilizing mediation when appropriate, but she is also prepared for litigation when necessary. Her ultimate objective is to assist families in moving forward with their lives.
Nicole pursued her undergraduate studies at San Jose State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Subsequently, she obtained her law degree from Santa Clara University.
While in law school, Nicole actively participated in the Women and Law Association, a dedicated group aiming to raise awareness about legal, political, and social issues impacting women. She contributed to organizing outreach projects and hosted speaking events to encourage discussions and foster support.
Additionally, Nicole was appointed as the Communications Chair of the Law and Business Society, a role focused on aiding students in their transition from law school to employment.
Following her graduation from law school, Nicole pursued a career in family law, where she continues to practice.
Nicole regularly volunteers for the Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, a food bank in the bay area whose mission is to alleviate hunger in low-income communities.
