Biography


Ruthika Reddy is an Atlanta family law attorney at Modern Family Law who helps clients navigate some of life’s most personal and challenging legal transitions. Her approach combines compassionate advocacy with candid, practical guidance, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their future.

Originally from Hyderabad, India, Ruthika earned her B.A. LL.B. from NALSAR University of Law in 2021 before moving to Texas to attend Baylor Law School. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2024 and was admitted to practice law in Georgia later that year.

Since entering practice, Ruthika has devoted her career to family law. She was drawn to the field because it allows her to guide individuals and families through deeply personal circumstances while helping them establish a more stable foundation for the next chapter of their lives.

Ruthika believes effective representation begins with honesty and clear communication. She provides clients with a straightforward assessment of their circumstances, explains the options available to them, and helps them understand the potential considerations associated with each path forward. Her goal is to give clients the information and guidance they need to make thoughtful decisions for themselves and their families.

Throughout each case, Ruthika balances the personal realities of family law with practical legal strategy. She understands that no two families are alike and works closely with each client to develop an approach that reflects their priorities, circumstances, and long-term goals.

Outside of her legal practice, Ruthika is a lifelong reader and writer with a particular interest in fantasy and horror novels and manga. She also enjoys painting, ceramics, and pottery.
