Biography
Jade Wolfe is a dedicated family law attorney, born and raised in Texas. Jade believes that helping individuals and families should always be rooted in compassion and empathy. She is known for her clear communication style and practical, solution-focused approach. Jade ensures her clients understand the legal process and feel empowered to make informed decisions during some of life’s most challenging transitions.
Jade’s dedication to family law is rooted in her belief that meaningful legal support can transform a difficult and life-altering experience into a positive path forward. While in law school, Jade clerked at a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting victims of domestic violence. This experience taught Jade how to handle a variety of family-law-related matters, case analysis, and client support. Her background, combined with her commitment to accessibility and understanding, allows Jade to guide her clients with confidence through each stage of their case.
Jade has professional legal experience across both the public and private sectors, with hands-on involvement in litigation. She began her career working in general civil litigation, where she handled matters including commercial litigation, construction, insurance defense, real estate, probate and estate planning, business law, consumer law, and more.
Outside the courtroom, Jade is a passionate animal lover. She finds peace in spending her free time with all kinds of animals. She cares for her own pets, along with rescuing/rehoming stray, sick, and injured animals in her community.

Jade’s strategy prioritizes communication, advocacy, and transparency, ensuring her clients are involved and informed at every step as she develops case strategies that balance immediate needs with long-term goals and outcomes.
Jade acknowledges that every family is different, and therefore, every case will require different strategies. Like other attorneys at Modern Family Law, Jade supports settlement whenever possible but is fully prepared to litigate when a case demands it.
A passion marks Jade Wolfe’s educational journey for learning and community service. Jade earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Business Administration from the University of Houston in 2021. During her undergraduate years, Jade served as a senator for the Student Government Association, was on the Academic Affairs Committee, and worked directly with university lawyers and the Title IX office on the Sexual Misconduct Work Group. She also took on leadership roles in her sorority, Chi Omega, as the Career and Personal Development Director, Campus Activities Director, Community Service Director, and Recruitment Chair Assistant.
Jade earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024. During her time in law school, Jade served as a member of the Family Law and Probate Society, Women’s Law Society, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, STCL Cougar Law Society, and Houston Bar Association. She was awarded the South Texas Trial Advocacy certificate for aligning her course schedule with becoming a litigator through Texas-specific trial and appellate courses. Jade also dedicated countless hours to pro bono work while in law school through volunteering for Texas Legal Services and Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse.
