Jennifer Cima is a proud Bay Area Native. With a rich background in the legal landscape, Jennifer’s journey spans across privacy and data protection law, NFL Concussion Settlements, ERISA law, and Toxic Tort litigation. The invaluable experience gained across these fields, coupled with her deep desire to serve the Bay Area, led Jennifer to transition to family law.
Jennifer has moved from a class action litigator to joining Modern Family Law. Jennifer Cima’s educational journey is marked by a passion for learning. A proud alumna of the University of Southern California, Jennifer pursued her undergraduate degree in Communication with a minor in Music Industry, graduating summa cum laude.
Having spent her whole life in California, Jennifer was ready for a fresh start somewhere new when it came time for law school. She attended Boston College Law School, graduating in May 2024. During her time at BC Law, Jennifer worked with the admissions office as a law school Ambassador, providing tours, welcoming new students at various events, and using her passion and enthusiasm for the school to boost applications and enrollment.
