Angel brings over 17 years of legal experience and a deep commitment to serving families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Her dedication to helping vulnerable families began in 2014, when she started volunteering and working at a domestic violence clinic in California, providing critical legal support to survivors navigating the complex intersection of family law and immigration issues.
Angel’s legal career began at Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (2008-2009), one of the Philippines’ most prestigious law firms, where she worked as a Junior Associate Attorney. She then served as a Court Attorney at the Philippine Supreme Court, conducting legal research and analysis on complex civil and criminal matters and drafting judicial opinions on cases on appeal.
