Biography
Inesa Paulikas is a dedicated family law attorney licensed to practice in Washington since 2018. Internationally trained, Inesa holds law degrees from both Lithuania and the United States. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney in the U.S., she spent seven years working in prominent law firms across the Puget Sound region, gaining hands-on experience in litigation, family law, land use, property disputes, contract issues, and estate planning.
After completing her LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2016, she began practicing law with a passion for helping families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. As a mother of two and someone who experienced divorce at a young age, Inesa brings not only deep legal knowledge but also genuine empathy to each client she serves.

Inesa began her legal education in her home country of Lithuania, where she earned her law degree and developed a strong foundation in international legal principles. After relocating to the United States, she continued to advance her legal career by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2016. During her time at UW, Inesa focused on deepening her knowledge of U.S. legal systems while building the skills necessary to serve diverse family law clients with confidence and care.
