From your first day as a post-bar clerk, you’ll work closely with and receive mentorship from the managing attorney and other experienced attorneys on your team who meets with you regularly to guide your family law development, answer your questions, and help you navigate real-world challenges. You’ll also receive daily support from our Learning & Development team, plus a personalized growth plan tailored to your strengths and goals.
And the support doesn’t stop there. Even after you’re licensed, we continue to provide coaching, mentorship, and a clear path forward. Our program is designed to help you grow, not only into a capable attorney, but into a valued long-term member of the MFL team.
