Biography
Sunejiro Agbuke, known to her clients as “Sune”, is a fierce litigator who keeps her clients’ best interests at the forefront of the case. Sune wants to win, but she wants her client to win even more.
Sune was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, to a family of Nigerian immigrants. From a young age, she learned to successfully navigate the challenges of living in two worlds. Sune attended Baylor University on an athletic scholarship, where she won a national championship in 2012 with the Baylor women’s basketball team and earned her bachelor’s degree in 3 years. During her final year on the basketball team, Sune attended Baylor Law School, where she competed on mock trial teams and received the Fraley & Fraley Mock Trial Award.
After graduating from law school with a Juris Doctor degree and passing the bar in 2017, Sune practiced many areas of law, including family law, but also criminal, probate, civil litigation, and Title IX. She drifted towards family law as her primary practice early on because it offered rigorous trial experience, but made family law her sole practice area because it allowed her to advocate for clients in diverse domestic circumstances and find creative and unique solutions to challenging problems.

While she loves to try cases and be in court, Sune is dedicated to seeking the best outcome for her clients–which most often happens through a collaborative settlement process.
Sune’s litigation style is to push the pace of the litigation and demonstrate to her opponent through her superb strategy, skill, and preparation that an agreed settlement in her client’s favor is more favorable than endless litigation.
