Before joining Modern Family Law, Mariah developed substantial litigation and courtroom experience in fast-paced, high-volume legal environments. She regularly managed demanding caseloads, prepared cases under tight deadlines, and advocated for clients in contested proceedings—experience that sharpened her ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure. Her background required clear communication, meticulous preparation, and the ability to tell her clients’ stories persuasively through evidence and testimony.

Mariah Mantzke earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she focused on litigation, advocacy, and international and human rights law. During law school, she competed for multiple years in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, earning top international oral advocacy honors.
She also held leadership roles as the Founder and President of the Amnesty International Club, Chairwoman of the Immigration Law Society, and External Vice President of the ACLU Club. Mariah earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.
She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
Mariah received international recognition for oral advocacy through the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, including the Richard Baxter Memorial Award and the Hardy C. Dillard Memorial Award.
Mariah is committed to service both inside and outside the legal profession. She has worked extensively with underserved communities, providing guidance and support to individuals navigating complex legal systems.
