Klaudia M. Velazquez is a family law attorney based in Austin who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging transitions with compassion, honesty, and strong advocacy. She began practicing law in Kentucky in 2019 before making the move to Texas, where she continued building her legal career and deepening her commitment to family law.
After relocating to Texas, Klaudia worked as a paralegal, gaining valuable hands-on experience within the Texas legal system before becoming a licensed Texas attorney in 2022. Since then, she has focused exclusively on family law matters, including divorce, child custody disputes, adoptions, enforcement actions, and modifications.
Throughout her career, Klaudia has earned a reputation for being approachable, detail-oriented, and fiercely dedicated to her clients. She believes that every family and every case is unique, which is why she takes the time to truly understand her clients’ goals, concerns, and priorities before developing a strategy tailored to their needs. Outside the office, Klaudia is a proud new mother who values quality time with her daughter and family. She enjoys reading, running, and relaxing at home with loved ones — including her six-year-old black lab, Chloe. She’s also a devoted fan of Mexican food and never says no to tacos, gorditas, pozole, or menudo.
