Chase earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was recognized for academic excellence, including receiving the CALI Excellence Award for the highest grade in Torts I and being named a Presidential Fellow. During law school, he actively participated in mentoring programs and gained hands-on experience through multiple internships.
He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bruce McFarling of the 362nd Judicial District Court, gaining valuable insight into courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making.
Chase earned his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University.
