Kiana has this ‘weird’ amount of experience because she always knew she wanted to practice family law. To Kiana, divorce is courageous. It is choosing to leave behind what is comfortable because one or both persons involved believes that each person affected could live a happier, healthier life separately.
Not everyone is excited at the prospect of divorce. It can be akin to death for many. Kiana empathizes with how difficult a process divorce can be and wants only to help you transition into the thriving and iridescent person she knows that you are but maybe have not felt like for some time. Kiana’s client-centered approach enables this goal. She will handle your case with an unwavering level of care and determination. She will fiercely defend you.
However, she will temper heated reactions with the reminder that your best interests often align with the long game that extends beyond the courtroom. As a child of divorce, Kiana knows firsthand the effect divorce and contentious post-divorce relations can have on a child. Kiana will work tirelessly to help you mold the future you and your children deserve.
