Andrew is a Colorado native. He has worked in litigation for over seven years and represented hundreds of clients as a Deputy State Public Defender. Andrew has done more than a dozen jury trials and has a track record of success in the court room. He is passionate about helping people in need and loves working with clients to help them through difficult situations.
Andrew attended the University of Northern Colorado where he received a degree in Criminal Justice. He worked as a police officer and then a criminal defense investigator where his love for law and helping others came to a head. He then went on to law school at Texas A&M University where he was on the dean’s list every semester and graduated in the top six percent of his class.
As a litigator Andrew has a passion for using the law to help people in need. He is client-centered and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems. Andrew recognizes that family law is often difficult and emotional, and he takes the time to get to know his clients and to identify their specific needs in order to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
Awards & Memberships
Andrew is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. In law school, he received a sizable scholarship grant in recognition his outstanding student performance. Additionally, he was a member of the mock trial team and received numerous awards for his oral advocacy including Best Closing Argument in Texas A&M’s Upper Level Mock Trial Competition.
Andrew loves the outdoors and spends as much time as possible outside. He is a former white-water rafting guide and enjoys skiing, biking, and rock climbing. He spends most of his spare time in the outdoors with his wife and two young boys.
